This quiet and quaint tea room is the ultimate tea party destination for any expert tea drinker. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany book cases and stained glass, while served fragrant teas from proper kettles. There are plenty of snack options for sharing – like tea cakes, fresh biscuits and tasty finger sandwiches. Owned by SCAD, the Gryphon Tea Room is full of current or former SCAD students, giving a youthful vibe to a traditional tea room.

Although Cafe M is known for their fresh, buttery croissants, they have a wide array of tea offerings ranging from light herbals to flavorful blacks – all served from a silken pyramid infuser. Cafe M‘s adorable French decor will make you feel like you’re sitting in a quaint Paris cafe. Looking for a treat to go with your tea? Cafe M has a bakery case full of homemade French pastries, like chocolate croissants and macaroons. Bon appetite!

Art and tea go together like peas and carrots, which is why Gallery Espresso is the perfect getaway for tea time. Although a gallery and coffee house, Gallery Espresso has a large tea drinker customer base, so they keep the place stocked with over 100 teas by the cup. Not sure which tea is right for your taste? The managers at Gallery are tea experts – they frequent the World Tea Expo to stay knowledgeable of all tea trends. Located right by Chippewa Square, it’s easy to stick around and try a tea (or two… or 100).

Styled after Melbourne’s historic Collins Street, this restaurant and coffee room brings an Australian vibe to Savannah. Sip tea from a classic tea pot at their large wooden community table or grab a cup to go at the walk-up window. The Collins Quarter is known to have celebrity sightings. Actors like Sophia Vergara, Joe Manganiello and Channing Tatum have all visited the sleek, white coffee bar (most likely to sip tea).

Inside this treasure trove of worldly trinkets is a charming café, complete with porcelain tea cups and and old-fashioned candies. Reminiscent of a French flea market, the café is the perfect spot to slow down, relax and enjoy some French Garden Iced Tea. Although located in the heart of historic Savannah, the atmosphere and music take you straight to Paris, and you might spend your tea break practicing your French.

The warm, inviting atmosphere is packed with adorable antiques and trinkets. This quaint tea room also sells their loose tea, jewelry and other gifts, so you can take part of The Savannah Tea Room home you!
