At these Savannah eateries, you don’t have to sacrifice flavor for speed! All of these places have fantastic meals that are dense with flavor and made with quality ingredients. Whether you’re trying to catch the next trolley, a musical performance or even your flight home, you’ll definitely have time to grab a quick bite at these Savannah eateries.

1. Brighter Day Natural Foods

Vegetarians and vegans rejoice – this is the spot for you! While Brighter Day‘s deli case is packed with carnivorous items like turkey sandwiches, savory meatloaf and chicken tikka masala, they’re known for their vegetarian and vegan sandwiches, perfectly roasted veggies, fresh juices and raw, vegan desserts. Brighter Day, located on the south end of Forsyth Park, is Savannah’s only locally-owned independent natural foods market.

4. Parker’s Market Urban Gourmet

Whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, you’ll find breakfast heaven inside Parker’s Market. On the outside, it looks like a typical gas station, but inside, Parker’s is stocked with fresh gourmet meals, cheeses from around the word, ready-made sandwiches and salads and an insane selection of beer and wine. Late at night and early in the morning, the deli case is stocked with southern breakfast favorites, like cheesy grits and fluffy biscuits. In the middle of the day you’ll find tasty lunch items – but we’re big fans of the breakfast.
